screw guides

It represents part of Aerotec technology, enabling the guidance of the inserts and their simple removal.

aerotec 2 pads

Technology that provides perfect support, even wear and a longer service life than traditional brake pads. Their design makes them quick and easy to remove.

guide slide

Here it’s all about the finely worked shape of the inserts combined with the stainless steel guides. The guidance is precise and, as an added bonus, reduces friction for superior responsiveness on release.

Aluminium aeronautical calipers

The 2 parts of the caliper are made from a high-performance 6082 aluminium alloy, capable of withstanding high temperatures.

Aluminium half-shell

With durability and simplicity in mind, our half-shells are completely removable parts. Matchmakers will soon be available to integrate shifters.

bearing mount

All the pivots are mounted on bearings for smooth operation and reduced friction.

Dead travel adjustment

This setting is optimised by us as standard. It can, however, be modified, but is not accessible on the fly, as it requires particular attention to avoid risking a system malfunction.

A simple thumbwheel with a click every 120° for precise lever adjustment.

Designed for comfort and durability, it is currently available in 2 finger size, but will be available in other sizes in the near future.

CALIPERS

Our system of slides, derived from Aerotec technology, guides the pads and their positioning in a neutral place. Hysteresis is greatly reduced, thus allowing reactivity and stability of braking.

The wear of the pads is also more homogeneous and provides efficient braking until the end.

master cylinder

The rocker’s design provides a frank attack and great modularity.

The pivots of the lever and rocker are mounted on bearings, minimizing friction.
