At Ride Beringer, we have chosen to produce internally, in our workshop in Belleville-en-Beaujolais. This allows us to maintain total control over the quantity, precision, and consistency of each part.
Here is how our components are born.

design and prototyping

At Beringer, each piece begins with a specific idea: to meet a real need in the field.

We design each product in 3D in our design office, thinking about performance, durability, but also aesthetics. The first versions are tested and then validated by our drivers and technical teams.

machining cnc in the mass

All our components are cut directly from the mass, from high-end aluminum blocks (such as the 7075-T6 or the 2017-T4), recognized for their strength and lightness.

Thanks to our high-precision CNC machines, each part is machined with industrial rigor, at the service of performance on the track.

finishing and anodizing

Anodisation allows both an aesthetic finish and durable protection.

At Beringer, this surface treatment is carried out in our workshop to ensure quality, color retention and wear resistance.

engraving

Each piece is then laser engraved for a clean, technical and durable marking.

Laser engraving is unalterable: it does not fade over time, fears neither friction nor extreme conditions. It is a sober, technical and durable signature, just like our products.

assembly

Once machined and processed, all our parts are meticulously assembled.

Spacers, stainless steel screws, self-extraction system: each component is assembled with its adapted elements, then controlled to ensure perfect compatibility during installation.

preparation for sending

Each order is carefully prepared in our workshop, in recyclable cardboard packaging, and shipped directly to our customers.
